Organised minority throttling silent majority

Recently there was a strike of privileged elite,Government employees of Kerala who will show kindness to work only if paid extra by poor helpless ordinary people of Kerala who do not have any union or powerful politicians to talk for them.
Just signing attendance at office at any time ensures salary to them and they get slightly lesser amount called Pension as salary even after retirement till death ...

for simply sitting at home possibly spending money they get for doing nothing by drinking alcohol.
Who pays them these salary without work and pension without work? Ordinary people of Kerala who work hard for their mere existence without any one to shout for their rights or even legitimate rights!
They are not eligible for any such salary for ever for doing nothing. Are they second class citizens of this country? They get paid only if they work hard and only as long as they can work.No one worries about them!

How many Government employees Kerala have? May be a few lakhs out of 3.5 crores people of Kerala. This minority have special privileges compared to silent majority about whom no pressure groups bother.no body is bothered to see their welfare.People who pay for these salary without doing commensurate work and pension till death without doing any work(even though healthy and capable to do work) have no right to say yes or no their demands with the might of organised threatening. Those who decide on their demands are politicians who are not even bothered about common man and interests of people at large.

Similarly there was a strike of bank employees for two days together. In fact they are one class of employees who enjoy higher remuneration and other privileges. They  go out of work causing inconvenience and hardship to helpless unorganised ordinary people. Those who have right to increase wages and other comforts of these elite bank employees again are not bothered about the general public who will have to ultimately bear the burden of increased wages to bank employees by way of increased charges for banking services. So they happily increase wages and facilities simply taking the strike as an excuse.

My question is simply this:Is the majority who have no one to talk for them are simply destined to suffer, suffer and suffer?
